嫩笋瓜片100克,黄瓜片100克,红辣椒象眼片25克。

调 料 | 盐适量,葱10克,姜丝5克,味精少许,清油30克。
| 做 法 | 锅放火上添入清油,油热时下入葱、姜、辣椒,炒出香 味再下入笋瓜片,翻炒片刻再下入黄爪片、盐、味精翻一 下,翻两个身即可出锅盛盘食用。 此菜三片三色,嫩脆辣香。
