| 主 料 |
芸豆250克。

| 调 料 | 精盐15克，味精2.5克，花椒油25克。
| | 做 法 | （1）将芸豆摘洗干净，片成3.3厘米长的抹刀段，用开
水烫透捞出，用凉水投凉，控净水分。
（2）将芸豆中放人精盐、味精、花椒油拌匀，稍停片
刻即可食用。
