主 料
鸡蛋200克。
调 料
猪油75克,精盐、味精适量,葱少许。
做 法
(1)鸡蛋打在碗内,放入葱末、味精、盐搅匀。
(2)勺中放底油、待油热后把搅好的蛋液倒入勺中。
用手勺轻轻搅动,把鸡蛋摊成均匀的圆形,用大翻勺的手法
把蛋饼翻过来,将蛋饼摊煎成熟,呈金黄色,出勺装盘即
成。
