  家常糖饼
主 料
面粉500克。
调 料
白糖100克,豆油50克。
做 法
(1)先将面粉放人盆内,加适量水和成面团,略饧待用。
(2)把面团揉成长条,按量揪,擀成薄片,刷上
油,撒上糖,由外向里卷起,伸长搓成条,再盘成饼状。
(3)取平锅烧热,稍淋点油把饼按扁,放人平锅时
烙。待饼呈浅黄色时,翻个再烙另一面,用慢火烙,见饼鼓
起呈金黄虎皮时即熟。
