炸面包 | 主 料 | 面包60克,鸡蛋1个,生菜油15克,牛奶30克,糖酱15克。

调 料 | 砂糖15克,香草粉、糖粉各少许。
| 做 法 |
(1)将面包切成两片(一边连刀),中间夹上糖酱。 (2)把鸡蛋打散,加入牛奶、砂糖、香草粉调匀,将 面包泡入鸡蛋内。 (3)取煎盘倒入生菜油烧热后,放入面包。待两面煎 成金黄色时,滗出原油,入烤炉稍烤一下取出,放入盘内, 撒点糖粉即成。 炸面包色黄,外焦香,里甜软。
