Instructions:
• Visit iTalkBB. Select Chinese GB or Big5 if you want in the top of the page.
• Click Signup button
• Select $24.99/mo BB Global Unlimited plan. ( I found it may be the best plan.) If you want "Choice of Buy 12 months and get 2 months for FREE", check "Save much more to pay 1 year ($299) now!"
• If you want to transfer your existing local phone number to iTalkBB, select "Keep my existing number. Transfer your existing phone number from your current telephone service provider to iTalkBB." (You have to keep your existing local phone line up until transfer is finished. My number took 2 weeks.)
• Follow the instruction to fill in and submit.
• You will receive confirmation email after minutes and also receive the package within 2-5 days.
• If you select transfer your existing local phone number, you need fax them a form and latest phone bill to acknowledge the transfer. Don't cancel local phone service until transfer is done.
• After receiving the package, plug in the router.
  1. if you are transfering your existing local phone number, you could plug one phone to the adaper. Thus you have other phones using local phone line and this one using VOIP phone.
