炝芸豆 | 主 料 | 芸豆250克。
| 调 料 | 精盐15克,味精2.5克,花椒油25克。

(1)将芸豆摘洗干净,片成3.3厘米长的抹刀段,用开 水烫透捞出,用凉水投凉,控净水分。 (2)将芸豆中放人精盐、味精、花椒油拌匀,稍停片 刻即可食用。
