卤豆腐干 | 主 料 | 酱色厚大豆腐干10块。
| 调 料 | 卤水,香油适量。
| 做 法 |
(1)豆腐干用沸水煮约20分钟,趁热捞起。 (2)放卤水锅中沸煮30分钟,取锅离火,浸泡3小时 捞出。将浸泡过的豆腐干,切成薄片排列碟上,淋上卤水或 滴几滴香油,即成下酒妙品。
